This Mosaic Quilt pattern is a design that caught my eye as a potential for future Quilts of Valor. You can get it for free at http://www.studioe.fabrics.com. I wanted to make a sample block to see if the pattern was simple/intermediate or difficult to assemble.
My stash has a lot of odds and ends of oriental fabrics. This is what I used to make one block. It did go together easily. I’ll finish the other three blocks and assemble the top at Quilt Camp and donate this to our guild charity program. This is a good way to use up some stash which is one of my 2015 goals.

Is that one block? It look huge! Make four blocks and the quilt is done! How cool is that? I think the quilt will look great using Oriental fabrics!
